He meets with new clients to present available rates and options, and educates them about the various benefits of SMC Business Councils membership. Committed to helping clients meet their long term goals, Bill walks his clients through the enrollment process; delivers their applications directly to the insurance company; and, keeps his clients informed of their application status every step of the way. Once they have been approved, Bill and the entire SMC Insurance Agency team work to provide excellent ongoing customer service.
Bill earned his degree in economics at Pennsylvania State University and is active in local VFW and American Legion organizations.
