Heather ensures that SMC Insurance Agency clients are receiving quality, individualized service. She services existing small group accounts by providing customer service, researching claims, and coordinating billing for the accounts. In addition, Heather seeks new business and provides sales support. Heather also manages insurance deductible administration for small group accounts.
Heather plays a role with SMC Business Councils as well. She is constantly satisfying the needs of its members, and always working to ensure a high member retention rate for the association.
She has also been a consultant for the PA Builders Association and recently worked with the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau.
