Overseeing SMC Insurance Agency’s Pittsburgh office, Rich works closely with in-house sales representatives and coordinates sales efforts with the agency’s outside brokers and independent sales representatives.
Rich brings over 19 years of experience in property and casualty insurance and group employee benefits to his role as Vice President. Prior to joining SMC Insurance Agency, Rich had proven his dedication to providing superior client service by quickly becoming a senior account executive after beginning his career at another large insurance agency.
As a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, Rich received the designation of Life Insurance Underwriting Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF). He continues to actively participate in the association to stay informed and strengthen his knowledge of insurance.
