In her role as Customer Service Representative at SMC Insurance Agency, Sue not only handles phone inquiries regarding health and life insurance, but she also processes brokers’ requests, and tracks claims and billing. She acts as a liaison for specific health coverage and membership questions or discrepancies. Her priority is ensuring that clients receive customer service that’s timely and personable. Sue also enjoys assisting with the coordination of SMC Business Councils’ networking events.
Prior to joining SMC Insurance Agency as an administrative assistant in 2000, Sue worked for various insurance agencies and gained experience in property and casualty insurance.
